Photograph of female secretary serving tea to male businessmen having a senior management meeting in the office of Chey Jong-Hyon, Chairman and CEO of the Sunkyong Group, aka SK Group, the fifth largest company in South Korea. Chairman Chey built SK Group into a Korean chaebol, a world leading industrial conglomerate based on chemical industry. He is leading a management meeting in his office in Seoul, ROK. He is recognized as a successful manager and executive. SK Group focuses on core businesses of SK Telecom, SK Energy, and SK Networks. In 2007 SK was reorganized into SK Holdings and SK Energy. The image of females serving tea to male management executives illustrates some sexism and discrimination against promoting female employees to executive positions.
