The student tries to protect himself from CS tear gas attack with a makeshift helmet fashioned from a plastic bowl and a rag used as gas mask. Yonsei University was the scene of many violent anti-government dissents and protests, especially after shrapnel from a CS tear gas canister killed a student at the school.
