Daewoo is a chaebol, one of the largest industrial and trading conglomerate corporations in Korea. Daewoo produces a television set every three seconds during the 8 hour shift. The televisions and other consumer electronics are exported globally and often relabeled under other brand names. About 5500 employees work at this factory.
